The first question of every person who is interested in Supergun Arcade Gaming will be “which games are working with this supergun systems”?
Basically it will work all games which have a JAMMA connection on it.
For some games there are special requirements. A good example for that are the Capcom Fighting Games. The most of them are using 6 Buttons instead of 2, 3 or 4 Buttons. But that’s no problem for our supergun systems. We have a 6-button All-In-One version and the “Daddy’s Toy” for this special needs! This versions will come with a kick harness. This additional connection is wired on buttons 4, 5 and 6 and must be connected directly to the Capcom CPS2 System.
For your information I try to make a small overview of which games are working with our supergun systems:
All-In-One 6 Button-Version and “Daddy’s Toy”
* Every standard JAMMA game with 1, 2 or 3 Buttons * NeoGeo MVS Games * Capcom CPS2 System Games * Other games which are using more buttons and have a posibility to connect a additional harness to the buttons 4, 5 and 6
Interesting information about Video, Sound and Powersupply
All our MAK/Supergun Systems come with a normal tabletop powersupply which works with most of available games. Only the “Daddy’s Toy” has an Arcade Powersupply. This one has the possibility to regulate the +5V.
For standard video connection we have integrated scart connection. For scart connection your TV must have a scart input which is RGB capable. That are most of newer TVs you can get on the market.
If you are thinking that you have problematic PCBs which have some errors in correct color view, all our supergun systems have 3 regulators for RGB color on it.
Normally output of sound will work over scart. For connecting external speakers like PC Speakers or for a connection to an AV-Receiver we have added 3,5 mm stereo jack in all our All-In-One and new 2 player version of supergun systems. Here you can directly connect your PC Speakers, or you can go to your AV-Receiver with an adapter. You can switch between Mono and Stereo output with a small switch on our All-In-One supergun and 2 player systems. But remember: most JAMMA games have Mono sound! Some NeoGeo Systems have Headphone output on it. This versions are switchable stereo/mono. Here you can go directly into your PC Speakers or AV Receiver from PCB with an adapter. Capcom CPS2 systems has stereo chinch output on it. If you have a JAMMA PCB which supports stereo you have to solder sound signal cable (extra plug on PCB) to PIN 26 of JAMMA connection on PCB. This pin is wired for stereo in our Supergun Systems! If you think that’s to difficult for you, we make this for you!
